(DIBI) Conferences
Another great conference that carried on from where last year finished.
I don’t normally write about conferences that I have just been to and review each talk, so I’m not going to start as you will be able to read about that on everyone else blog, but wanted to review what I got from this conference and include New Adventures earlier this year.
For me going to conferences is for the social aspect to see new and old faces, then listening to speakers I may not have seen before or a topic that interests me.
DIBI this year, was littered with some good speakers and topics and spent most of my day in the design track apart from the first talk of the day about @font-face by Jake Arhibald – Which was well researched, thought out, interesting and very funny, a highlight of the day! (I lied, I just reviewed a talk).
